Ms Edwards the customer service personnel at the desk was very polite and helpful.

The car is not well maintained, very disappointed. Remote was not working, it takes a while to pick up speed and makes noise when the brakes is mashed!

The customer service was great. The need for more workers was very evident.

Give a better car for money. The car I chose, was not the car I pickup. That to me is not good, especially when you get a car of a lower value. I chose a midsize car and I got a Hydia car that I used neutral as park and replace it with a Nissan March.

First, not canceling a customers' reservation of 4 months because their flight was delayed. Secondly, management should offer a viable alternative when a situation like this happens. Saying that there is nothing you can do, is totally unacceptable.

It took us about an hour to find the person who was suppose to get us the car becuase there is no proper booth/office for Europcar in port of spain airport. And even at the Drop off we couldnt find anybody I gave the keys to an off duty worker of Europcar

I’m not sure what relationship you have with the company I reserved in Piarco when I called the day before to confirm when I was arriving they informed me that sorry there would be no one at the desk and I would need to call back. There was no service no follow-up no alternatives just “no one will be here when you arrive”.. I had to make alternate arrangements. I’m just glad I called the day before oyherwise imwould have been sttanded….this is really bad service and I probably won’t use them again

Spare was flat.radio did not work properly car was filthy with wet seats bad odour and water logged trunk. Highway speeds the car wobbled because of poor maintenance and wheel alignment. Waited 2.5 hours for available car. Need to service this car pcn9769. Staff was courteous however but was not offered a discount considering car quality is known.

When we got to the location no one was there waited for more than 1 hour no one showed up vendors next to Budget said they had no cars for more 2 days to fill the reservation
