The prices are way to high for someone who rents by the week
Didn't accept my card.
I typed in Pittsburgh Airport for my pick up/drop off location assuming it would be at the airport. When I went to the counter, I was told it was an offsite location 15 miles away...
Guy while returning the car was in a bad mood. Shouted where to park, and then was just rude in general. Overall wont be dealing with this store again.
The guy working the counter was awesome. The old lady was rude, rushed, and in a panic with 3 customers there. She pre-allocated out the damage form and then got mad I didn't sign it before seeing the car. Then when I saw it there was two very noticible dents through the paint. The guy working the counter was awesome or I would have given the experience 1 star.

I couldn't rent the car because I had a debit card and my credit score wasn't high enough? That makes no sense if you are an entrepreneur and you are growing a business in today's economy.
Booked flight into Pittsburg International Airport and booked rental car in conjunction with flight. When I went to Enterprise to pick up car, I was informed that my pick up location was on Babcock Rd which is 30-40 minutes North of airport. I was going to Clarksburg WV which is about 2 hours south. In addition I was informed that location closes at 5:00 and since it was already 4:45 that I’d never make it to location before closing. They changed my location to the airport and increased the contract price from $155 to approx $400 which is completely ridiculous.

The vehicle that was found and reserved through Kayak was not actually available at the location. Offered an alternate minivan at same price, but it would have cost more in gas for me to use it. Had to find another location that had the appropriate size vehicle and would honor the Kayak price. Original location was not helpful in finding another as they stated that each location was individually owned/operated and they couldn't guarantee anything.
Vehicle was very dirty on outside. Windshield very dirty on inside. For the money you pay for a “premium” SUV, it should be clean. I had to take it to a car wash and shine the tires.
Good experience all around except van was dirty inside. With vivid was confused why. Cleaned and swept vehicle myself before loading and driving.
Staff was friendly and car drove well.
Car was filthy. I had to clean it myself inside and out to drive. Also both the registration and inspection had expired 3 months prior.
I prepaid for my reservation for an important trip and they charged my credit card with full amount in advance. I showed up to Hertz location but desk agent said she rented my car off to someone else. What a joke! She was also very unprofessional and called me “disgusting”. Horrible experience.

Staff was professional and polite. Underpaid, too, I'm guessing.
Going through Kayak and price line was horable. Flew into Pitsburg and Hertz said I had to take a cab 40 minutes away to get my car. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Price line and Hertz. Finally Hertz said they would cancle my reservation with no cancelation fee and make me a new reservation at the airport at over twice what my original reaervation was for. Got a refund for the whole amount. Two days later they charged me $200.00 cancelation fee. Never doing business with either company ever again.
I was very happy with the vehicle that I was given and very happy with the service. Pick up and drop off went quickly and smoothly
Waited 2 hours in line for a pickup. Got rushed through the the process to get the car.
