Best staff I've ever experienced at a car rental agency.

Drop off was confusing, little signage and direction from staff was confusing on what to do.
Nothing it was great. I got a better car than I was expextinf
I was unable to rent a car because I don’t have a credit card and I prepaid. I was never made aware of the credit card requirement. On top of that I cancelled my reservation on 3/25 and today is 4/5 and I still haven’t received my refund. Worst rental agency ever!
The ease of renting this car. They had all of the information on my reservations, I was in my car and on my way in minutes. No hassles, no sales, straight forward.
My issue is more with kayak and the enterprise website. We arrived to the location at our pick up time only to find out the location was closed due to COVID. While we understand the need to close, it would have been great to have been informed or to not even have the option to book at this location. This caused us to reserve at another location and push our trip back a day.
Easy quick pickup service. Good price, good car. Easy return.

No xm radio no GPS you did not list prior scratches etc, I had to point them out
Courteous at pickup, called to verify rental was still needed, upgraded without charge
For time in rental, price was ok
Whoever was the rep I talked to at the Idaho Falls location was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

I arranged to pick up my rental at 6pm on Monday. I got there at 6:20 and no one was around? I didn’t get any communication from you guys whatsoever that I needed to pick up before 6pm! I didn’t get my rental car and had to borrow a vehicle from someone else. Ridiculous!!
Unfortunately there was NO reservation in their computer system! And it was a prepaid - so now having to dispute with my credit card. The driver left me... said no reservation was there - then called the manager the next day and she confirmed it! Not a happy camper. Can't imagine what happened.
Went to pick up a car on time. Had to wait almost an hour outside in cold because the only person at the counter had gone to the airport FYI pickup somebody else. Then instead of giving the waiting customer preference he simply went ahead to service the person he picked up from the airport. Worst still didn't even have the at I booked. Previously had trouble with payment at the same place. Worst car rental experience ever...
