The staff was accommodating for a late car.

Our car reservation was made for 10am and was not ready until noon. The staff were not transparent at all with their pricing. They charged us for an additional toll service when we very specifically declined it and they were very vague and evasive when asked about such fees. Very poor experience.

Not much. The front desk folks were nice. Thats about it.

With in the first 30 minutes of the rental we had to pull in to a service station because we got a tire pressure warning light. The next day the car broke down in the middle of the street. It took an hour to get a tow truck and the taxi they said they ordered for us never came.

Friendly, helpful staff. Car was as requested. Good location in Lisbon near a metro stop. Not too hard to get to or from.

Long line for pick up and seemingly slow rental process.

the tank size of the hybrid do not allow for long distances per tank.

Overall the experience was good. Picked up and dropped off just fine.

No place to park car when picking up/dropping off. You have to kind of pull the car up on the side walk. It would have been nice to have been told about the tolls and speed traps in a little more detail.
