Pick up was very easy. We ordered the “mystery car” to save money since any type of of vehicle would work for us. When we got to the desk they had enough cars to give us a choice and we took a hybrid which got great gas mileage and only had to fill up once after a week of driving all over the island.

The size of the car was perfect. Very good on fuel. It was a KIA Portage. The price could have been better, it's crazy what you have to pay for a rental, but with the plate reading Louisiana I'm sure cars are in high demand so they can charge what they want. Overall, was a good experience.

Pick up was great. The next day we had low air pressure so went back (since we were still in town) and had them put air in (due to air temp getting cooler) they did a great job. Vehicle was good. Dropping off was a little confusing because there was only a dropbox in the middle of the day but we figured it out. Car was expensive.

I booked a car to rent off site but it was closed by the time our plane arrived in PEI. The manager waited until all customers were checked in and then offered us a car from the airport site. So grateful for his help!!

Thé service regarding pickup was bad. They said they would close at 6 on my agreement. When they called me they said they were closing at 4 pm. A huge difference for s traveler. I was bounced from kayak to beers to change the pickup time. Hertz didn’t think it was their problem. So I went back and forth. Finding the number to corset hertz was difficult and took a half hour. When I got through they said I should context the pick up location. That’s when I was told that they would be closing at 4. which high was false. I had to pick up my car two hours earlier than I planned because of that misinformation. I felt it was handled very badly and was a stressful experience. It had an impact on the time I decided to head to the airport which hindered my plans with my friends. All in all I wouldn’t do it again
