Absolutely nothing.

The fact that when we arrived they had no vehicles. Literally none and did not even try to help us find one. And we arrived ahead of our scheduled pick-up time to be safe. Horrible customer service and horrible company. Not what one wants to deal with when they arrive to a foreign country. Unacceptable.

I would be capable to disband Kayak from the Internet.

They promised us to bring the car in Bavaro although, in the very first day they invited us in Punta Cana Aiport. After we made more than 5 phone calls, on European roaming, calls consisting of: wait a second, wait a second, and we were discussing with many, many operators, calling us on Terminal A, afterwards on Terminal B, and again on A and B, we found out that they didn't even have the car we ordered. We had to pay 70 USD taxi, round trip and also 282 USD insurance for no car. It was a disaster that destroyed our holiday. It's a huge mistake to have them as your franchisors. They don't speak English, it's a huge waiting time, no car, and the services are a disaster!

Bait and switch on prices. My rental before arrival was around 270 dollars and at the airport it turned into 597 dollars. Apperantly they do not accept the rental insurance I have bought thru Kayak (which Kayak recommended) so I was forced to buy their insurance which turned out to be more than the rental itself. Horrible rental company and I am not happy with Kayak that offered me insurance. So pretty much I got screwed. Never again am I booking rentals thru a website.

Like how easy it was to dropped off.

I was given one price online and at the counter I had additional charges that no one could assist me with. I had to paid an additional $60 for dropping it off at the same location I had reserved it for but was told that it was not included in the price of reservation, I was force to use their insurance for an additional $20 otherwise they would not release the car even though I had my own insurance.

The quotation was way to different from what the company charged me, plus I bought the Insurance previous to the rental and the staff at Firefly said it was not valid for the Dominican Republic. Any way I can get my money back ?

I have worldwide excess insurance and was not accepted, so my rental was an extra $ 19 x day.

Waiting at the counter after a long flight to pick up the car and to be told that I have to pay so many extra including the Collision / LDW of $ 8.95 or $ 19.00 daily when I do have my own insurance. From an estimate booking of $ 556 I end up paying $ 1696.11. Never again I will be booking a car hire with a broker.

Pickup is convenient to the airport

Get ready for a surprise when you arrive at the checkout counter to discover mandatory insurance, $1000 credit card holds, and lots of other fees in excess of what Kayak quoted you.

Got to budget, and no 7 seaters available. Budget guy walked me over to National, where I was forced to pay double the reservation price to get the same vehicle I reserved.

Got ripped off. Won't use this again.

Was cheapest deal at the airport rentals. Would rent again here

The car battery died if you turned the lights on without the engine running, for 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes to a dead battery. Had to have it jump-started twice and wish we would have been warned about that.

The car was clean, new, and in good working order.

The cost of the insurance was twice the cost of the rental charge

There is not much I liked. Very disappointed

It was hard to communicate with the sales reps. We were told we had to carry the insurance even though a credit card covered it or we wouldn't have ended up with a vehicle. And the total price ended up being nearly twice the amount we were quoted.

I did not like the fact that I was given a category of vehicular other then what I asked for every when I showed them the email to prove it.
