There was no staff at counter and waited for someone to come out. Staff person was not very friendly and very hard to understand. Not able to find reservation and not getting pricing correct. NOT good. Staff person gave VERY POOR directions on where the vehicle was located. Took a very long time in getting the correct reservation and getting paper work done.

When I arrived at 9pm there was a small hand written notice that said if I hadn't made the reservation over 24 hours before, they wouldn't have a rental. Since I needed a rental to get to another airport, I was stuck in Punta Gorda with no transportation or a place to stay. When I setup the rental with you, I assumed my problems were taken care of. I will never use Kayak for rentals again.

Actually the pick up was great. Great service, very friendly staff. The drop off was the problem as we waited in line for over an hour and missed out flight home! Got up to the counter to pay, and the agent said we were good to go? I said you mean I wanted in line and missed our flight for you to tell me this? He said I should have received an email stating we were paid. I still have not received that email! Would Budget cate to reimburse us $735 for the other flight we had to get home??

The kid behind the counter was nice, as he told me I could not rent a car.

Maybe let people know when they rent a car that if they are picking it up from an airport that they MUST have a credit card in their name to rent it and that a debit card DOES NOT work. That's kind of important information!!! That way they don't get stuck there with 2 small kids who were scared they'd never get home for hours and have to have their elderly mother drive 3 hours in the middle of the night to pick them up to drive another 3 hours to get home by 4 am for the kids first day of school that morning. Luckily she was able to or we might still be there as there were no Uber drivers in the area and a cab would have been $300 for us. If you are going to REQUIRE something, you need to make sure people know that!!!!

Was not very satisfied with the rental. Had 2 tires with slow leaks and had to put air them twice while I had the vehicle. The seatbelt detector didn’t work on the passenger side. Vehicle was dirty also

The car that i reserved being available. I was left stranded bc ur website showed cars avail to rent but when i got there they had no cars. Cost me 4 hours of my vacation time dealing with trying to get another car from another location. Not to mention the extra cost for the taxi to the next town car rental and the extra cost of the diff vehicle. Not happy at all
