The car and pick up and drop off were fine---eventually. But the frustrations came when trying to get Enterprise on the phone to talk to a live person about a serious problem.
2 months in advance, we chose the wrong pick-up date in Quebec. We couldn't correct it online or by phone and on arrival had to taxi to the office to try to fix it. Jonte Jyne was very helpful. But Enterprise's voice-mail system is the WORST!
