The Staff at the branch in Quebec (in the Hilton, 1100 René Lévesque) were particularly efficient, knowledgeable and helpful - very positive and pleasant experience - Will certainly book with them again. Very good value for money and seamless; what's not to like?

One fact and the only disappointment was no indication at any point on the reservation that the rental was “off airport” adding a cab ride and time that was NOT accounted for. Not being from the region the address was NOT obvious to me.

The car was clean, in very good condition and got decent gas mileage.

It was an over two hour wait in line to get the car because it was a holiday in Canada. They only had one clerk working, who did a great job under the circumstances.

The car and pick up and drop off were fine---eventually. But the frustrations came when trying to get Enterprise on the phone to talk to a live person about a serious problem.

2 months in advance, we chose the wrong pick-up date in Quebec. We couldn't correct it online or by phone and on arrival had to taxi to the office to try to fix it. Jonte Jyne was very helpful. But Enterprise's voice-mail system is the WORST!

the reserved location did not have cars so I had to take a taxi to another location the contract was in French!! no option for English, evidently the drop off charges were exorbitant!

The attendant told us that the car had no damage when it had been clearly in an accident. And the indicator was on for “needs maintenance “. The tires needed alignment and the transmission sounded terrible. Clearly no one is looking at these cars. We had only a short trip-thankfully.
