NOT A FULL SIZE PICK UP! Ad advertised full size. I booked for a full size. Should get a fleet of full size pick ups. Would of made my life a lot easier.

Well, we reserved 2 vans, but when we came to pick up, they did not have the vans, so they upgraded us to a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex so that worked out well.

Luckily, even though we reserved a van - which is why we went with National, because they showed to have a van. When showed up to pick up, they did not have the van we reserved, so they gave us a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex, so it worked out fine.

S’assurer que les employés d’Enterprise qui gère vos locations ne laisse pas partir les clients avec des plaques d’immatriculation volées sur les véhicules. Ne jamais parler à un client qui loue une voiture chez vous de changement d’huile. L’huile synthétique ca dure 12000km, quand on loue chez vous pour 7000km assurez vous que les voitures sont prêtes à partir.

Although I booked on a Canadian website, and went to a Canadian place the booking ended up being in American dollars which made it not really a deal.

Everything was great, friendly staff, great car. and zero issues.

Drop off procedure was not clear. To be fair its airport set up and not Hert's policy. After hours drop off was not clear, but we figure it out.

Car should not be in fleet. All seats were full of coffee/ drink stains. Very piggish. Car was very misused and with high mileage.
