We tried to change the place for the car return. The first time we called it was supposed to be $25. The second time we called (we needed time to think about it) it was supposed to be $175!! That was more than we paid for the car! We paid a different amount than what I was told when we ordered the car online. The car didn't have the carseats we ordered so we had to go to a different budget location to get the seats! That was very annoying. Service was not good, people were unfriendly and not helpful.

It was a good experience, and the staff were friendly. We did not get the SUV the we requested, but instead got a minivan. It turned out to be a much better solution for us.

It was a little misleading for pickup - listing the Casper Airport on the address - we thought the actual place was in the Casper Airport.

The shuttle service to the off-sight Budget facility 1.5 miles away was ready to take us as soon as we had our bags. They had run out of family-sized sedan and so up-graded us to an SUV at the same rate. So we were on our way quickly. When we returned the car, the shuttle driver loaded our bags and help unload them at the airport.

Yes good and friendly staff

I left my eyeglasses in car at time of turn in. I had a horrible experience trying to get a phone call in before closing time. Kept getting bounced to the national Avis phone service and wasted time. I wanted simply to talk to desk clerk before she was done work and have her check. No go.

Every hertz needs to be the same and have the same rules.

There was nothing positive about the experience - dont use Hertz.

We reserved a Hertz car in June, we re-confirmed the reservation on July 9th. We landed at Riverton airport on August 2nd.....and a sign at the Hertz desk said "Closed as of July 1st, please go to Hertz location A, B, or C." Each of those locations were 100 miles away! After a lot of $$ and inconvenience we managed to get to our destination but it did not involve Hertz. hertz did not even take the time to contact pending reservations when a location closed down! Unbelievable. I am told 100s of people went through this since the location closed and Hertz hasn't bothered to fix it. When we reserved I chose Hertz over the local Rent-A-Wreck thinking I could trust the Hertz experience - DONT trust Herz.
