Car hire office was closed. When we arrived the next morning, they said that booking no longer available.

I booked the car weeks in advance. The car was supposed to be an regular size SVU automatic transmission. When I arrived I found a small SUV with shift gear which I cannot drive as I am disabled in the left leg. . Also the charge was about $400 higher than what booked on KAYAK. After waiting for 3.5 hours for the staff trying to fix the mistake I had to go talk to every other agency on situ. One finally found me a car for the next day. Therefore loosing the cost of 2 hotel rooms for that planned first night of travel. Worst car rental experience so far.
