The car ran great and was clean

Tires should have had 35psi. One tire had a nail and we had to repair that—brownie button to Discount Tire Store in Oceanside, CA who fixed it for free-they were awesome. On our trip we found that 2 tires were filled to 65psi and one tire was 70psi! They had been driven like that for quite a while as the center treads were severely worn. Unfortunately we drove 4 hours through heavy rain and the bald tires made it a miserable and slow drive. The front windscreen was greasy and gross. I had to clean it inside and out before we began our trip.

I made a reservation for a full size SUV. When I arrived, they had no vehicles available except for extended cab pickup trucks. There was a huge snowfall while we were in town and no place to keep our luggage out of the elements as the passenger compartment of the vehicle was filled with our family. Also, we were limited in our ability go sightseeing as we had no compartment in which to secure our luggage while away from the vehicle.

Car was clean and comfortable.

Charged me an extra 20 bucks a day for unlimited miles because I was "local". That was not advertised. Probably some garbage in the "small print".

Located not too far from the Railway Station. Friendly staff, nice Nissan Rogue. In La Rochelle car rentals are not huddled together (maybe it will change). I left the car at the LRH airport a week later (parking/drop box) it was convenient.

The car was nice. And complimentary shuttle was great.

Customer service could have been better, it did not feel that welcoming. When shuttling having my information to verify we aren’t getting into a strangers car would have felt safer. When going over the pre damages on the car before I leave I felt that it would be more beneficial for them to come out and inspect the car with me rather than me doing it alone. Security deposit amount needs to be listed because that was a surprise. But we enjoyed the car and returning it was easy. I just feel that those other things I mentioned need to be worked on.

The rate was great and I like that they had Toyota Sequoias.

The pick-up drop off is a little clunky. The exterior signs at the airport do not say Advantage, the driver for another company explained that one shuttle picked up for Advantage and the other. And I know that this is not necessarily Advantage's fault but when you google Advantage Airport another location in SLC shows up.

Pickup is by shuttle that stops at the airport Rental Car office for other brands. Return to that office offsite is navigable by Google mapping.

Satisfied with rental. Mid Size SUV reserved was Toyota Rav4 but substituted with Mitsubishi Outlander of equivalent size, also 4WD.

The pick up and drop off was perfect. Quick, organized, as good as it can be. Only problem - our rental was filthy inside and out. I’m not being picky here, the cup holders were literally still full of crumbs, the car was covered in bugs, and we found papers and items from the previous renters in the car. We were assured several times that it was clean, even as we pointed out the mess. If this is their idea of clean. . .

I have to say I was very concerned after paying for the car months before we left on our trip, I didn't check the reviews (could have been a disaster). I read the reviews and the reviews were horrible. 2 out of 10 had a good experience. I tried to cancel our reservation because I was that concerned I had made a big mistake. I couldn't cancel the reservation because it was already paid for. I read about the filthy, dented cars, break downs and rude employees. We didn't have any of that. We did have a crack in the windshield but everything was recorded by an attendant. Our vehicle was clean and no issues with it's mechanics.

We did get additional charges at pick up - wasn't sure what that was all about. I thought everything was paid for. So that was a surprise. That is what drove our rating down. If that hadn't happen I would have given excellent

Flt was late. They would not stay open a hour later. They did not answer the phone the next day, it was during the winter storm in San Antonio Texas so as assumed they were closed along with everything else. The Following day after we booked another car as we were walking by they told us it was not canceled so we took that car but at this time we still had to pay for two cars

Answer the phones don’t tell people their car was canceled when it was not very poor communication

the length of time to stand in line at the counter to do your paper work was about 32 mins with only 1 other person in front of me at the counter

A bit more concerned of a customers time. After making a reservation and then waiting to get the keys for 30 minutes is frustrating. Using COVID as an excuse to do a mediocre job at best and moving the key pickup to the drop off is ridiculous and confusing. Car was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes or pot. Upon arrival they had some silly return spot “due to COVID”.

Need better indication that this location is offstation from the airport. I had to take Uber both to and from airport. Extremely inconvenient when traveling with a large family. Van didn't get all that great fuel economy.
