Cheap Car Rentals in Sugar House, Salt Lake City

We requested a car from the SLC airport and included our flight info. Flight didn’t land until 3. At the counter we were told we had to get our car from the downtown Herz office. We found a ride to that office and arrived to find they closed at noon. There was a guy in the office due to a plumbing issue who said they closed at noon and didn’t have any cars. They were closed on Sunday as well and wouldn’t be able to help until Monday. We needed the car Saturday afternoon until 10am Tuesday and we stayed an hour out of town. We had to find another rental option. This was a bad experience and a waste of time. We called and should be getting a refund.

I rented a car, prepaid and made the check in, all ready for just pick up and go, but when I arrived to the office, they told me that I had my license banned/blocked for a non-payment in a past claim damage, when supposedly was paid for my insurance company. I was hurry for get the car, so I didn't have time for ask to my insurance company what happened. It took me a couple hours even pay, because nobody knows why I was banned.

Windshield wiper was worn out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again

They did not have car for me

I reserved the car 6+ months out, but Justin called from the branch in Salt Lake City the day before my pickup to check to see if there had been any changes in my arrival date or pickup time (there had been), and was there to greet us when we arrived. We picked up from the downtown location rather than the airport and were upgraded to a Mazda CX5, which fit our needs perfectly. We had a one-way rental with a drop off in downtown Las Vegas, but he told us we could drop off at the airport location if that ended up being more convenient at the end of our journey. It was and we did, where "Q" took care of us quickly and professionally, even having a driver take us to our terminal in the same vehicle so we didn't have to transfer our bags. I will definitely use Enterprise again for my car rental needs.
