Louie, the manager, is awesome. Avis is always great, never gives me any issues, accepts my debit card with an out of state DL, I'm military so that works out well. The check-in process is so easy and not cumbersome or complicated. Additionally, I needed to extend my rental agreement another week; too easy. I called them up and Louie helped me once again and made it a smooth event. Plus, it was the cheapest I could find that wouldn't charge me hundreds of dollars in additional fees. I received a great 4-door, nice rental car too. Never ever had any issues with Avis. I'm a loyal customer FOR-EVER.
