Made 5 pm reservation and no one there to pick up car. Contacted service was no help as hung up on me 2 times and never called back and wasn’t able to help as tried to transfer to airport at almost 3 x the price and didn’t responsibility for car not available at time requested. They didn’t contact me at number to come earlier if they were not going to be there.

excellent helpful agents at drop and pickup VERY GOOD PRICE !!! LOWEST by far. Nice big SUV that worked fine. Did I mention that the overall price was BEST by far !!

i did not know that AVIS and BUDGET were the same company and could not find the BUDGET pickup site at first.

When we got to the hotel to pick up our rental car we were told they had no cars and we would have to make other arrangements. We saw 4 other families being told the same thing. Wow. They did not help us in anyway. I would never renting a car using priceline again. It was a scam.

When a customer rents a car, make sure you have a car for them to rent. Scamming deals on priceline is false advertising.

Pick up and drop off was easy. Car was a 2019.

No way a Toyota ch-r should qualify as an SUV. Would have been more room in a regular car

Staff person who assisted with the rental was very friendly and personable, and apologized for the amount of time the transaction took.

Took too long to pick up the rental. There was one person ahead, and apparently issues with the second computer at the rental booth. I was given instructions to find the general whereabouts of the car in the hotel parking garage, but not escorted and no walk-around to check for previous damage.

I was not aware that there was a $200 hold in order to receive the rental when I booked online.

Staff were very friendly. Easy checkin process. The only downside is that our pickup location did not have child seats so not sure why my reservation went through. We were made to travel to another location to pick up a car seat. Did not like this inconvenience but we had no choice.

Location would not take debit card and offered no other assistance. Had to book another car at airport and take an Uber to there.

My car was booked for 12 they called me earlier to see if I would accept a 2pm pick up and I agreed. When I got there they told me my car was being cleaned and gas and that it would take 15-25. After an hour I received a dirty car with half a can of soda in the center storage and 3/4ths of a tank of gas. The car worked fine… but I’m not using enterprise ever again. I got traffic going to LA and was late to an appointment.
