Sales person kept attempting to raise the rental car price with all the rental car accessories….when you refused the salesperson would overly push them. I wound up leaving with no rental car.

Terrible experience. Never got the car, rental location was closed and airport location wouldn’t assist, told me that’s what I get for going through a third party. Extremely rude. Non refundable fee, so out the money, everyone with our travel group was appalled. Rebooked with Avis through Costco.

The whole Enterprise experience was really great and much better than most other rental car agencies. The SD staff was really accomodating with a short notice on the rental due to flight issues and drop off at LAX location was so easy and incredibly accomodating.

My reservation was not honored by Hertz. We had to run around town to find another rental at the last minute. My pick time was scheduled for 12 noon. We arrived at 12:10 only to find out the pick up place closed at 12 noon! WTF!!! I will not use your service again.

Nothing to like. Booked car. Took an hour ride to pick up car. They said they had no car for me, even though my booking was confirmed and showed on their computer

Do not book hertz. If you book online it would be wise to call and confirm they have a vehicle. The website will let you book regardless of inventory. Stay away from La Jolla CA location

Michael and Phillip were doing their best with the resources they had available.

Car was not available when we got there and we were delayed by an hour and a half. Were assigned to car that had just been turned back in and had to wait for it to be cleaned and it still had food, plastic fork and other trash in it. Outside of vehicle was damaged significantly too. Per the office, overbooking is common and causes great frustration for staff and customers. Need major improvement in this area.

Rental agency was inside hotel lobby, very easy to get to and to deal with. No crowd or hassle involved. Staff was super nice and even gave us a choice on car.

My experience totally sucked! I booked a car online through kayak. I specified that I was picking the car up at the San Diego airport. As it turns out when I went to actually get the car at the San Diego airport the very well-mannered clerk informed me that the car was actually closer to del Mar in San Diego county which is a $50 taxi ride away. Talk about bait and switch. .. I managed to get another rental at San Diego airport but I will never get snookered again

It is so rare today to have a pleasant experience with any company in the service industry. My experience was one of those rare instances! Your representative was pleasant and efficient. The car was ready when we arrived and the paperwork took less than 5 minutes (which was very important because we had a 13 month old who needed a nap.) When we returned the car, the cost was exactly what had been agreed upon -- no hidden fees. Thanks for making this part of our trip run so smoothly!!
