Cheap Car Rentals in Civic Center, San Francisco

Car was not available when I arrived at the pickup station. They said it was a 4-hr wait. I cancelled.

Everything was great. Nice car - clean, everything worked. Easy to pick up. It was expensive, but that is the overall market these days. Thrifty was the best deal available.

We were half an hour late, I rang ahead to advise and was charged nearly the same rate as what I paid for 1 day. Whilst I appreciate there are additional fees I would have expected that given I called to advise we were going to be late, the initial 29 minute grace period might have been extended? Sadly this was not the case, and we were also not advised of the 29 minute grace period until I made the call. Had I of know about that we could have made it

Conditions are all the opposite to user-friendliness, full of small print and extra charges that were supposedly included in our requests. And the guy in the counter says "well, if you booked through a third party, there is nothing I can do". So, I will never again book through KAYAK or any other third party and their hidden charges; much better to negociate directly with a company.

Quick and easy pick up, in and out quickly. Excellent, friendly service. Nice car, clean, and sanitized

Went Smoothly at both ends. No improvements needed.

They didn’t have the van que booked so basically they didn’t respect the reservation. They were like “sorry we don’t have any vans, go to other company”

Worst customer service experience I've had with a car company. And now I see an extra charge on my card with no receipt. They are terrible.

Pickup location was hard to find even for an experienced Uber driver. Once we found it, it was a fairly decent experience. The dropoff at the airport at San Luis Obispo was very good. Vehicle was clean. Full gas tank. It was what we wanted!
