And the whole experience was great, efficient informative. We got a very small rock chip in the windshield and I was uncertain what needed to be done in that situation and a representative got back to me immediately and was very Helpful. Highly recommend will use again

We upgrade our booking in order to have built in GPS as we were travelling to many different places. Whilst this incurred a higher cost, we were given a bit of a discount and it was worthwhile in the end.

It is a big expense to hire a car for a whole month and we spent a lot of time looking before we found a reasonable deal.

Zaidi helped me out at check-in and check-out and he was very friendly and with such a positive attitude. He took the time to explain everything and not rush through anything. He even gave us option to choose between two vehicles and we got a brand new vehicle. I would book again.

No it was lacking. No proper customer service at pickup at all

Have someone at the counter to get vehicle picked up and then not even have the class of car I asked for. All in all very poor service

Your agent was very friendly and helpful, resulting in an exceptional experience at the counter.

Exterior was somewhat dirty, but interior was very dirty, especially on the driver's side.

Very easy and stress free pick up and return!! Staff were polite. Only downfall was there were no running boards on the truck and it was hard to get in or out as I use a cane. Also there was only manual controls for the seat which I found hard especially not being able to get the right height of the seat. Will definitely rent again from them !!

Budget didn't have the compact car we reserved available so they gave us an intermediate. Car was very nice and worked well for us. Their location in Sutherland was very convenient for us. Happy with this rental.

Well... I usually have something to complain about but I really don't here. Budget did their job well.
