Cheap Car Rentals in Crossroads Business Center, Savannah

The Toyota did not come with usb charging ports. It only had a cigarette lighter adapter and we did not bring one with us. The car was a 2022 and I just can not imagine that charging a cell phone was not a item included in this car. We own 4 Toyotas and they all have usb ports and none of them are newer than 2019. The car did not have a manual in the glove box; would have been helpful. Staff was friendly and competent.

The staff was very professional. There were no cars in the class category that I reserved but I was offered an option at a very reasonable cost. The vehicle was very comfortable and reasonable on miles per gallon. Returning the car was hassle free.

The expedited drop off processs without getting in a line was great.

I was told that, because I had my own insurance policy if I had an accident I would have to pay a daily fee for each day the vehicle was not rentable. Is this true. I have never heard of this unfair policy before.

Reserved an economy car but they stated none were available and tried to give me an electric vehicle despite there being extremely limited charging stations on Hilton Head and Savannah (I actually didn’t see a single one the whole trip). Instead of a complimentary upgrade they charged us $20 a day for a non-electric luxury vehicle.

Pickup desk closed, had to go to Budget, waited 1.5 hours in line. Never use them again,

Our flight was delayed 6 hours getting us into Savannah airport 11:30. Payless had our car waiting and ready for us even after the airport office had closed.

Unhonoured reservation. Extremely rude personnel. Long waiting (3 hrs).

Car was not cleaned when I got in ... food in the back seat. Also gas tank was only 3/4 full even when the contract said it was Full. Didn't notice until I was 10 miles from airport. When I returned the car to tell the customer representative at the counter, I was told that since I didn't mention this issue when I picked it up, they could not do anything. Obviously, last time I will rent from Dollar .....

Car I requested not available, other vehicle had significant side panel damage on pick up. Attempted to reach agent for days without success. Never received receipt for returned vehicle. Sketchy.

The car was not ready when we got to the desk at our reserved time. We had to wait 40 minutes.

2 1/2 hour standing in the line at check in. Car was dirty windshield wipers didn’t work properly.

The car that they gave me needed brake pads replacement and I exchanged for another one that had a bunch of lights on the dash, they should inspect cars better.

The service at the counter in hilton head and the help from the helpline is very poor

The rental was actually with Avis and not Enterprise (I cancelled one booking and rebooked). The experience was mediocre because I rented a standard SUV and when I got there they did not have any available. The guy at the counter convinced me the car they had which was like a van would get much better gas mileage than an SUV. It did not and was a rather strange car - had things like auto brakes that I have never had before and scared me when driving and they randomly came on....

Waited three hours and then finally took an Uber. Worst rental experience.
