Cheap Car Rentals in Mayfair, Savannah

The guys there were very helpful, I honestly forgot there names but it starts with a “M” & “T” & overall they were very polite to me. I appreciate this branch.

My reservation for pick up was at 12 noon. No cars were available. Had to wait 2 hours for car. Though I did end up with really luxury car, (upgrade) and discount for inconvenience of waiting

Stephen at the counter in Savannah was amazing, a true savior.

Friendly staff and very efficient.

Agents in the office were great. However, getting charged extra for dropping off 2 hours late when I called to be certain it was going to be fine dropping off late , did not sit well.

Charlene helped us when we were in a desparate situation. Because of her we likely saved thousands of dollars. This Hertz location will always be in my heart because of it. Thank you!!!

Windshield dirty inside and out

I liked the ease of the rental. I would change the price structure renting from the airport in one city and returning to another.

Why did Kayak make this reservation? They did not have any cars. Other people were there and they had no cars too. People were trying to rent uhaul trucks because they needed transportation. Many of us Ubered to the rental place including me only to find they did not have a car for us. I had to Uber to the airport and buy an airline ticket to fly out. I cancelled the car since there were none. I hope your records showed my rental was cancelled. I called Hertz to get it cancelled. I will be looking at my Visa bill to make sure you did not charge me. What a disaster. If this was an airline you would have had to bought my reservation back.

They failed to inform me of important pickup details that resulted in me incurring additional fees upon drop off. The man was less than friendly and barely coherent

The vehicle was uncomfortable and the Apple Car Play kept going out.

The car rental place was only open until 1130am. We had to really rush to make sure we could pick the vehicle up
