The staff were very friendly and more than happy to work with you. Being from out of state there were some difficulties but they were instrumental in making them easy to deal and smooth.

When I was looking through the car there were fries and pringles under the seat. I do think a little more transparency about fees and processes would have been nice, however, the fault is on both sides as I did not explicitly say I was from out of state when they called to confirm.

When I arrived they couldn’t find my confirmation number and had zero cars to rent so I had to go to another rental place and had to pay $600 for what they had! It was an expense I wasn’t prepared for to say the least. And the people at the enterprise counter were very rude and not helpful at all. I’ll never go through enterprise ever again.

Staff was friendly.

A bait and switch was pulled on me, and I was very upset. I put in my search that I was looking for a car to pick up at SEATAC. Without me realizing it, the site switched to the downtown Seattle location for pickup (which I didn't realize since I don't know the address on either location). I went to SEATAC to get the car and was told I had to go downtown to get it. I had to call my son to pick me up and take me to downtown Seattle to get the car. I had requested a compact car, and by the time I got to Seattle, they told me the only car available was a Toyota 4Runner. This was a big problem since I have a leg problem that caused me great pain getting into the 4Runner. The customer service guy told me I could change it out when a sedan came in, but two days later I was told that all they have is SUV's because of the winter weather. I was finally able to drive back down to Seattle on Tuesday and trade for a RAV4 since it had a much lower profile and was easier to get in and out of with my sore leg. The customer service guy was extremely nice and set it up so that I could turn the car in at SEATAC when the rental was over. So overall, I had to get my son to take me to the Seattle location, and then I had to drive back down to get a smaller car since I was stuck with a huge 4Runner when I had requested a compact car. This was definitely not my best car rental experience!

Wipe down the inside better. Something was on the dash and the passenger seat was really stained.

The vehicle we rented wasn't available. Sixt upgraded us to a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, fully loaded. What a great drive and ride. Checking back in with the car was a breeze as well. I would definitely rent from this company again.

The car wasn't washed, it had a strange smell to it, a lot of dings and scratches on the car. I reserved the car and paid it in full,$301.00, then was told I had to put another $150. Deposit on the car when I got there.

This company sucks! Didn't even pick the car up and yet was charged the full price! I canceled the rental 1 hour after making the reservation due to my trip being canceled. Sooooo disappointed

I booked this car rental for pick up at the SeaTac airport. Once I arrived, there was no rental waiting for me even though I prepaid for it. Turns out, this website booked it for the hertz in NORTHERN SEATTLE. And since my flight was delayed, I had a half an hour to get to northern seattle to pick up the car I paid for before they closed. Not to mention I had my 4 kids and husband with me. We were then stuck between a rock and a hard place, so we had to rent another car. Once trying to get a refund because of the mess up, I was told since it was after the scheduled pickup I couldn’t cancel or get my money back. We will NEVER use this website ever again. Especially for car rentals. $1000 f up.
