When I arrived they couldn’t find my confirmation number and had zero cars to rent so I had to go to another rental place and had to pay $600 for what they had! It was an expense I wasn’t prepared for to say the least. And the people at the enterprise counter were very rude and not helpful at all. I’ll never go through enterprise ever again.
Used both Hertz and Budget in the last year and didn't get the vehicle grade I booked and was told, oh..sorry Enterprise just became my go-to. Exactly what I booked, at the time I booked, and a friendly employee who was awesome. Connor in Seattle office
Austin was very accommodating when we were running late and they were about to close.
Enterprise staff were helpful and cheerful. It was a hectic time in Seattle with snow and ice on the roads. However, when we returned the car the office was closed. The car itself was clean yet did not have the middle passenger seat headrests.

We set our pick up date at 3pm . They confirmed the pick-up by phone but the pick up office was closed at 3pm so we were stranded. Enterprise was unable to find us a car at a location that was open and we are forced to spend the night near Hotel at the Airport. They did not compensate us and they didn't seem sorry. In fact the next day when I went to pick up the car they claimed they had rented it because I didn't show up. Then they try to rent me a more expensive car. I will not rent from them again and I hope you don't either. Luther

Agent sometimes need to be flexible with customers I do not think I have to pay full day for extra 2 hours to keep the car if needed
Easy pick-up and even easier return.
Can you please they gave me an SUV in the middle of a winter storm warning with frozen washer fluid lines, not to mention once the lines unfroze after 4 hours of driving, I had to fill the washer fluid. That is crazy, not to mention VERY DANGEROUS!!!

Like: Easy website experience (via Costco). Kudos to the friendly staff at Avia (Kent location). Nice vehicles. Easy pickup and convenient drop box for after hours returns. Can be Better: Make it easier to find the nearby off airport options. The rental rates varied significantly between on-airport and nearby off-airport locations. Had to shop around to find the off airport rate.
Kayak had booked the car rental from a Seattle downtown location even though my search was from SeaTac airport . Hence my quoted price changed to a higher amount. Kayak search misrepresented the price of the rental

I reported a nick in the paint at the back right. Turns out the tire was bad and had a flat on the way back. They told me to change it out and return it to the closest lot (airport). They weren't willing to give me a car to get back to the city without charging me the extra hours for dropping it off after hours. Changing the tire wasn't bad but the fact that they weren't willing to send anyone out was their first fault. It's the principle...
My reservation was for a different location, i.e. Downtown Seattle. Even though I used the kayak app and put in pick up/drop off location as Seattle airport. Why should I have to take a taxi downtown to pick up my rental car? The receptionist at the desk found me a car to rent at the airport but it cost me more money. I would not recommend Kayak to a friend nor will I use it in the future.
