I have never got the car as Enterprise was not able to provide a car seat for my child. I even phoned in advance to secure it, but the staff was indifferent, claiming “sometimes the seat is here, sometimes it’s not.” Of course it was not when I arrived. And I was then told that I can have the car without the child car seat. What a horrible approach to child safety, isn’t it? My son is 4 so I asked if that’s legal in Oman, not to have any car seat. And the branch manager replied that he is not sure. He doesn’t know the local laws. Seriously? What a knowledgeable stuff! Once again, I have never got the car. And while I rent with Enterprise regularly, this was most likely my last time. PS: I was also told that if I would upgrade and pay more money for a different car with Dollar company, which cooperated with Enterprise, then they would miraculously find me a car seat. I got a bad feeling that Muscat Enterprise branch is scheming. Horrible experience!
