When returning the car, they tried to charge me 300,000 won for a microscopic door ding that had 1)no dent 2)a 2mm paint that rubbed off the edge of door that could be removed with a buffer. How do I know this? I have been in the car business for 25+ years. Stick with Hertz and their affiliate Lotte Rental car. They aren’t as anal as Avis/SK Rental and don’t try to take an extra 300,000 won from you. Avoid this place like the plague.

the pickup was terrible. the price quoted was different by nearly double. none of the paperwork was ready. the reservation could not be found. the whole process was poor.
Bert easy to Find the car. Had GPS in the car while didn’t ask for it.
It was a new car with quite some scratches all over the car. Wipers didn’t work well.

Check in was fast and they did a great job explaining how to navigate the chaos of Incheon Airport and provided pictures and English instructions on how to get out of the airport and how to easily get back to the right spot to return the car.
This is the second car I have rented from Incheon airport, the previous one from another agency, and both needed to be refueled as soon as we left the airport. Should be full upon pickup.
I was not informed I need an international driver's license. so I was not able to rent the car and was forced to stay in town at the hotel for 4 days. I was just say make sure you have the right license
