I was concerned about booking online but everything went very well and I would do it again. Online saved me half the cost since it significantly reduced the one way fee. The car was clean and comfortable and easy on gas. Pick up was easy and drop off was easy except the location was difficult for an out of town person.

Car was nice. Reserved a compact and got a full-size.

Car smelled like smoke. Pick up was delayed by a few hours (at Enterprises request). Was told over the phone additional drivers were no problem. When my wife picked up the car, she was told 20 extra (10 per driver) for the week. When we reviewed the bill, we saw they charged us 20 extra per day, most likely to recoup their upgrade costs (remember ordered a compact and got a full size). We complained and they charged us an extra 10/per day and not the 20. Because of that, we will never go with Enterprise again. Kayak‘s service was fine

The person who waited on us was very rude and disrespectful. Nothing about her was professional at all. Just the whole overall experience was horrible. We did not even get a vehicle from this branch location

Enterprise works well with related companies at the Akron Canto airport so we had no trouble picking the car up after a late flight and easy drop off in the morning. Came with an ice scraper...which we didn't need but were glad to have just in case. Ohio... in the winter... you never know.
