Cheap Car Rentals in Siena

When we booked the car I choose one with manual transmission and we received the confirmation . I fill up all paper work in Siena office with Hertz employee but when I get the car I realise that it was with auto transmission. I returned back to the office and I explained that I am driver 35 years only with the specific manual transmission and I don't feel confident to drive a different type especially to a foreign country and actually this is what I have booked. Hertz employee alleged that they don't have another car and I have to learn to drive with auto transmission and..and...and... I request to refund my money back to the credit card but he was negative for this too. We statr to argue that it was their obligation to inform me if they don't have what I have booked and his attitude was very unprofessional and dangerous. ( because he wanted to send me to street with a potential accident).At that time arrived a couple to deliver a rent car with manual transmission. We decided to change the car and to take this one. I took it dirty but I did not have another option . I am very disappointed with the policy of a such big company as Hertz.
