When picking up the lady working was quick on getting my rental for me. In and out in about 5 minutes.

To check out I wasn’t positive what they needed, they left a number on the desk to call. Called it and the lady was kind of short with me over the phone. I wanted a receipt but she said I’d have to leave my email to get the receipt instead of coming up to print me one off.

Ii really liked the fact that the rental company location actually called me to ahead of time to confirm by booking and go over everything with me ahead of time.

The vehicle was horrible. It was uncomfortable, it was extremely small, and to say it lacked any bare bones features is an understatement. Not even the driver had power seats- I mean, that is so ridiculous in 2019/2020. No navigation in the cars- gps should be standard, but if you can’t even give people cars with power seats you shouldn’t be renting them cars. The gas mileage was poor and it was beyond uncomfortable to sit in. I honestly disliked every minute I had to spend in the car and it was driven to California from Iowa so believe me the experience was horrible. I’ll never use enterprise again or this booking service.
