Had it not been for Tatiana wh was very helpful I would still be stood at the counter wondering where everybody was!

Car wasn’t ready for pickup even though I was a bit late getting there. The staff were definitely not rushed off their feet, just inefficient with being prepared. Also, I did not like having to pay with my card before the total price could be confirmed. This is either a bad business practice or the staff were not acting properly. On a more positive note, the drop off procedure was smooth, painless and very efficient.
