Cheap Car Rentals in Fort Myers SW Florida Intl Airport

Car we ended up with was ok. We had to return 1st car as it had a wobble. 2nd car had check engine light. Price was wrong in e-mail and Hertz didn't want to do anything about it. Fought for 1st 2 hrs of our vacation to get the price quoted

The car started and no flat tires

I booked this through cheap flights it was supposed to be $199 everything included they even added the insurance in there by the time I got done it was $330 some odd dollars and a lot of double speak and I was already late because they sent you three different places to actually pick up the car never again I'll never do it through cheap flights and I will never rent from Dollar Thrifty or hurts again I'm going back to Enterprise few dollars more but at least they know what the hell they're doing and no surprise fees I use 3 gallons of gas the girl talked me into a gas program that was supposed to replace the gas at a competitive price 40 cents higher than anything I saw in Fort Myers is not a competitive price charging me $73 for a quarter tank of gas is absolutely ridiculous and trust me I'm not done spreading the word about how I got screwed at Dollar and ultimately h e r t z

Great to deal with, we had a few issues on vacation that were dealt with quickly. We had a flat tire and after putting the donut spare on we had to exchange rentals which went smoothly. At the end of vacation we had to change airports after our flight was canceled and the only flight the same day was 2 hrs away they just had a few questions for us and changed our reservation easily so we could drop it at the 2nd airport, quick and easy. Would highly recommend Dollar.

The cars passenger side headlight was full of water and fogged the whole rental time. The wipers needed to be replaced And the car pulled when you came to a stop. The turning radius on the car was poor. We called the car the hippo, anytime you tried to park in a congested lot where room was tight you had to wiggle back and forth to get it out of the spot. It was definitely a no frills car. We were disappointed with it.

Windshield on the inside was filthy

Service was good, employees were friendly and the car was great! However, The wait time to complete the paperwork was a bit long (perhaps 20 minutes) and then I had to wait another 10 or so for an attendant to meet me and take me to my car. The return process was quick and very easy.

We had to cancel do to a family emergency and you would not refund are money for your car rental so thanks a lot got nothing

The price is different for pickup/ online

I specifically picked a vehicle for 5 people and 4 suitcases. The tiny vehicle we got was not equipped for that. We had four adults with four suitcases. Only 3 would fit in the back so we had to squeeze on in the backseat.

Our flight was 2 hours late so Easirent did not keep our economy car as the hour of pick-up was passed. They offered a much more expensive car saying it was the only option available. The young man at the counter was rude and impatient. The windows of the car were dirty and there was no windshield washer in the container. The young girl, at the drop-off was pleasant and efficient. I will never rent from Easirent again.

If you rent with them you’d better read the fine print if there is any. The office closes at 8 pm, there is no message on the phone when you call from the airport telling you this, and no way to get in touch with them. The nice driver for ParkSmart helped my daughter and I find a car, at 10:30 at night, due to flight delays, and took us to the car. ParkSmart says they hear this complaint all week. Avoid Easirent.

Loved the easy pick up and drop off. Hope you open many more locations in the US.

The pickup process was really fast.

The car was beat up a little bit, but served our purpose. The experience with Thrifty was very good.

The entire staff was courteous and extremely helpful.
