The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even offered and gave us a ride back to train station.
Drop off was very easy once we found a location that was willing to help us. The Washington ave. Location in St. Louis was absolutely horrible and not willing to help us at all. We had reserved a van and they did not have any left once we arrived to pick it up.
We arrived at the Washington ave location in St. Louis and were told they didn’t have our van and it was our responsibility to find another location that had a van. Two minutes later the staff was helping another customer transfer their pickup to another location but couldn’t do the same for us?

I loved the Suburban that we rented. It was not completely clean, but the vehicle worked beyond expectations. It was very comfortable.
I was surprised when I returned the vehicle and asked for a quote for my next trip, the price was higher than the final bill I had just received. Even though the next trip was shorter and not as many days.
It took five minutes to get the car and five minutes to return the car. Very friendly and nice to deal with.
The staff was very matter of fact and not pleasant to work with. The car I received had a low battery for the key which caused issues when trying to start the car on an out of town trip. The tires on the car were extremely worn out barely legal for road use and had to drive in a snow and ice storm which put my family in a dangerous situation in a car not properly prepared for the road. Also, the car was out of wiper fluid so I had to replace that myself as well. Overall not pleased, but got lucky to avoid any major issues other than having to pay for an extra hotel night because of improperly prepared car in need of new tires immediately.

Car smelled of smoke and air freshener
Easy quick pick up and drop off.
Everything else. Went through 3 different cars because of issues, that were issues hertz missed. When I called to try to get the new cars I was sent 30-40 minutes away and the correct cars were not available when I showed up. Both road side service and customer service would not call me back. This location then tried to say it was my fault because I called road side service and customer service general number (I was 10 hours away, and they were closed at the time) instead of calling them.

The vehicle was clean. The desk attendant was very nice.
The vehicle did not have a back-up cam. We had to replace a fuze. The CD player did not work well. It skipped easily. The gas refill price is crazy. Of course we filled up before we dropped off the car.
There was a hidden cost and a clear cheating. In the meantime, they did not return the balance back and they tried to withdraw the money twice after I have delivered the car
The pick up spot in St. Louis was awesome - super accommodating and quick. Drop off in Omaha took 5 minutes tops. A stress free rental for a stress free trip!
Reserved a small car. When I showed up at my reserved pickup time the office was closed despite the posted hours saying they should be open. When I called the next day, they told me that they only had one car on the lot and it was a ford f150 and didn’t seem to have any idea about my reservation.

Our minivan was given away, they gave us an suv that was too small for my family, it had no gas, was not cleaned and smelled like smoke. Front desk was no help.
Could have been better by actually having a car for me. Avis ran me around saying I didn’t pass a soft credit check. I got my bank on the phone because there is no way I wouldn’t pass. Avis could not tell me why or what they were checking for. I tried to rebook-they had NO CARS IN THE AREA
The owner, Brenda Williamson, was arrogant, rude, condescending, a cheat, a swindler, and names I can't mention on here. Please don't give this location your money!
I never got the rental reserved because location didn't have the vehicle and when they finally got the reserved vehicle, the price wasn't honored and price doubled. I think I'd Kayak, Priceline should verify the companies will honor coupons because I was told that's the reason price wasn't honored.
I booked a convertible only to find out they don’t have any. Didn’t have any luxury or premium Cars anywhere in stlouis either. Why was i allowed to book that and ended up with a Kia for 10 days. Worst city I’ve traveled to.
Spent 2 hours trying to get the Full-Size pick-up truck and driving around St. Louis. Was sent from the Olive Street location to the STL airport location to pick up the rental as they said they were not going to receive it from the airport location but I could go to the airport to pick it up. Arriving at the airport location they never did anything like that and they could not honor my rental reservation. Called back to the Olive location and was told that they do that all the time as that is where their inventory comes from. Worst experience and a waste of my time. Left without the rental as we needed the full size pick up truck I rented to move a few item to college for my daughter.
