My rental was scheduled for pick up at 12noon, I showed up at 9:30am hoping I could get the car since I was returning it at 5:30am the next day. No car of my selection was available per the rep , was told I could wait in case someone brought back a car early. Waited til 10:30am , still no car. The rep said come back at 12noon the reservation time . Come back at 11:45am and there are 40+ people in line with one rep behind the counter. Eventually help came around 12:45pm. Ended up picking my car at 1:30pm. Not Good !

Enterprise made everything easy, from checking in, picking up the car and dropping it off. I went through Priceline and chose Enterprise. I saved a lot of money doing that. Also, we picked up our car at a local airport, even though we were not flying anywhere. That brought the price down as well. Enterprise is always my preferred rental car company.

Kiosk at the airport was unmanned and had to use Alamo for picking up the Enterprise reserved vehicle. The line was long and moved slowly and took about 30 minutes. Very disappointed with that portion of the process, otherwise was a fine experience.

A car, any car, would have been great. No car was provided. Zero customer service or care for the customer. The counter person, Thomas, there wasn’t any cars available despite my advanced reservation. The worst ever experience; had to take Uber to ride 1.5 hrs to my hotel.

Car rental was not at airport, was offsite at an old hotel which was very strange. Shuttle was broken down upon arrival and not running for our departure. We had to take an Uber to the airport which was very inconvenient because we were traveling with a car seat and a small child. This location should not be included as an airport location.

The free upgrade.

Long wait for the van at the airport, cultural preference playing music for preferred culture loudly in the van, no one at the desk to return the car, one was driving one was washing cars. The car I ordered was unavailable. The next car was dirty, and the trunk would not open. The last car I was offered was wonderful.

I rented to have unlimited mileage. When i got to the rental desk, I was told that there was a 150 mile limit per day, and car could not be taken out of state. The rental agent said these terms were "in the fine print," he said the rental confirmation was not controlling, that I should have read the "fine print." This was deception. Very unhappy, in fact I'm researching who I can complain to in legal authority. Needless to say, I will never use Kayak again. You guys are cheats and liars.
