Nothing. They wouldn't rent to me and I still had to pay for the insurance.

You could have not charged me for insurance on a car I didn't drive.

I think customers should charged by the hour, I was late by 1 hour for my 24 hour rental and was told I would be charged an entire extra day for it, I get it, but still.

Our flight was delayed and when we got to Enterprise they had given our car away along with about 10 others who had contracts. They told me to they'd honor any additional costs. THEY DIDN'T! I will never use Enterprise again!

Car was ready for pick up in State College and drop off was easy in Kentucky

The mileage must have been logged incorrectly at the pick up location because at drop off, it said we had driven over 5,000 miles! Good think we got unlimited miles with the rental!

I completed the reservation, and the rental place called a couple days later to tell me there won’t be a car available for me. All the other rental agencies in town were booked, so I had to upend my wife’s schedule so I could borrow her car.

I showed up for my reservation and they didnt have a car for me.... worse, they couldn't issue a refund at the desk. Instead, I had to call Hertz corporate, which was a nightmare.

The car was not ready when we showed up, and the car was a smaller size than what we reserved. It was a one-way rental, and I was told at my destination that they had never seen a contract like the one I had been issued. It took 24 hours to resolve it.
