The window was broken, there were scratches everywhere that was not documented. We were not charged at the end but spent many hours finding someone to look over the car (it was automated service where the keys were just dropped off with us) They gave us an electric car, which we didn't want. They said they tried to call us but because international number, could not reach. They could have emailed us. All in all, we spent about 4 hours figuring out how to change cars and report the scratches. In addition, dropping off the car at Oslo airport was not clear at what location they were.
