Be warned.. beneath their great advertisements and nice selection of cars there is a predatory practice. Manage all expectations because IF something goes wrong, like a change in plans, flat tire etc.. the company WILL use this as a sign of vulnerability and look to extract as much money from you as possible. All the while, it will be virtually impossible to even speak with someone. Run don't walk away from this aggressive and duplicitous company

I was denied a car. After I booked it via kayak.com, I got a message that the order was cancelled by my request. I was unable to book a car, even though kayak.com reported multiple available cars there. Upon my request for an explanation why my rental was cancelled, I received this reply.
