I never got a confirmation and i tried to cancel but the site won't let me cancel and now i see a two charges on my credit card. I never got the service, I never picked up the car, I never drove it but I am seeing not one but TWO charges to my credit card. I never even got a confirmation about the reservation. How can I drive two cars at the same time!

Due to extreme weather and safety, I had to change the drop off location from Sarasota airport to a smaller location close by my home on Tamiami Trail. The drop off was seamless. The staff at both pick up and drop off were professional, quite cordial and very helpful. All in all, one of the smoothest and easiest car rentals I’ve experienced in quite a while. The young fellow that helped me at drop off… I’m sorry but I forget his name, But he was from Oklahoma and newly married… Was a breath of fresh air. So professional and helpful. Good job, Hertz!

It did what I needed it to do and had the room to do it. High mileage suv with a decent amount of body damage. But it aint mine and didn’t break down. It was a sante fe and it got really good gas mileage.

The rental cost me a great price, $24.98 and then they charged me $42.00 for gas. I asked at the office when picking up the rental if there were gas stations around the airport to refuel. I was told there plenty. News flash, not one gas station near the airport to refuel. They took advantage of my unfamiliarity of the Fort Lauderdale area. Their business practice was not honest and very unfair! Mind you, I only used a little more than 1/4 tank of gas in a Toyota Yaris.
