Never received the rental. Enterprise called me 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up & told me nothing was available, they would call me back at 3pm when the returns came in, Never received a call. I called to check, still nothing available. Zach/Colin told me that Saturday morning would be better & they would call me then. NOTHING! Extremely poor service! If nothing is available, do not confirm the rental!

The price was very reasonable (especially in these days). The only real problem was contacting the office after we arrived at the airport. I called the office a dozen times and no one answered. Even worse, the voice mailbox was never set up. This was not comforting in any way.

This vehicle was rented and prepaid two months before we arrived. Unfortunately, our flight time changes and we got there several hours after our pick up time. Mind you, it was the same day, at least two hours before closing. Representatives said they didn’t have a car available because their policy so only to hold the car for two hours in case the person doesn’t show up so they don't lose money. Again, the car was already paid for so there was no chance of them losing money. They told me to call their customer service number and every time I called, they gave me a different answer, on several occasion that this shouldn’t be an issue because it was already paid for but no one would help us. I had to end up renting last minute and enterprise and they were more tha accommodating. every time I try to use someone other than enterprise to save money I get screwed. It’s no wonder Hertz is going out of business

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! From trying to get the place to even pick us up from the airport, to an hour later finally showing up, and then finding out that the previous 5 customers (a least) walked back out of there with no rental car! STAY AWAY~~~~

I paid for something that I never got they said it was after 2pm I called and told them it would be 5:30 when I got in I had to depend on friends to get around fir 5 days. I told them I wanted refund but I doubt I ever see the money.

I picked them because they seem to have a competitive price. Don’t do it! Tons of hidden fees! Terrible experience. I will never rent from them again.
