I could not get a straight answer as to what would happen if I brought the car back after the designated time just a lot of shrugs and I don't know

Easy drop off.

We had a car reserved at 12 noon. Arrived early and there were no cars available at all. Had to truck additional cars and didn't get our car until after 5 pm. Unacceptable.

Fiat was fun to drive and had plenty of power for Sicily.

tell Taormina people to be in the office at the hours specified, and also to tell drivers about how to operated the A/C on European cars (there's a central button to press as well as turning on the fan)
