It was a horrible experience. Terrible customer service and then fraudulently charged me for damages despite having comprehensive insurance. When I called Hertz they provided no details nor had they sent any documentation. I will never use Hertz or Kayak again for a car rental.

drop off in Vienna at the main train station very difficult. Nowehere to park to find where to drop the car off. In the train station no signs at the door where car rental agencies are located. Then was told to take the car to a garage. This information should have been given to me from the beginning.
