Excellent customer service. Easy to get in, pick up the car and go. Drop off was super quick and easy.

The original car I had booked wasn't available, but I did get a suitable replacement.

Car drove smoothly and the pickup was hassle free.

Vehicle needed an oil change, alignment and maintenance to the undercarriage. I was disappointed these were not resolved before giving it to me to drive across the country.

They didn't have a car available for me to drive until 4:40pm on Friday. I scheduled my pickup for Thursday. I understand it happens but I would of liked to be notified. I had to continue to call them.

I filled up the tank in the same parking lot as the budget office, left the nozzle in filling until it automatically shut off and still the lady at the desk insisted it wasn't full and told me if I didn't try and put more fuel in she would have to charge me so I went back to the gas station and was able to fit 1.35 in it. Was just ridiculous that they would make a customer do that by way of threatening. Definitley didn't feel like my business was valued at any point in both pick up and return. Actually very surprised they are still in business

Seats were comfy... Gas tank was full... Returning it was very quick.

The associate who rented it to me was not professional.... He used the F. word multiple time in conversation,and told me he was leaving this job..... The car was FILTHY!!! I took pictures there was dirt ALL over it. I had to wash it in order to be able to see out the windows... There were scuffs I pointed out, but was told not to worry because I was forced to buy the damage protection waiver (something you must do when you use a debit card....cost an extra $26 day...) I filled up the tank and brought the receipt, but the associate checking me in for the return refused to take the receipt... He was supposed to fax it to their corporate office.... If I get an additional charge (won't know for up to 2 weeks) I will be very angry.. Over all I wasn't impressed with the service, or the lack of care for the car.

Even tho’ I made a reservation and had a confirmation number, Avis did not have a car for me. They called me a few minutes before I got there to pick up and said that they don’t have cars for a lot of people. Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience. They told me to call back the next day, which I did. They were rude both times and never once apologized that they still do not have a car for me. I suggested that they stop giving out confirmation numbers to people because they don’t have enough cars. Employees did not seem to care about that. It really really messed up my plans.

If the app allows you to book a car and set up a time for pick up, it should know if the location has cars available and the location is actually OPEN at pickup time.

The only problem was that the manager nor I looked at the car. It was reversed into a parking spot and I went straight home (about a mile) and put it in the garage. When I went to put my suitcase in it several hours later, I found a huge dent and damage on the trunk. Completely made me sick to my stomach and couldn’t get ahold of anybody until the next day because they were closed. When I finally got ahold of 800 number, they were very understanding and kind. I hope everything is ok and they don’t think I did it! Don’t forget to check the car before you leave! My bad. Novice mistake!
