Prepaid for car and signed up for Fast Track so I would not have to go to the counter. I got there 10 minutes after closing time (5pm) and There was no car set aside for me. I did not end up getting a rental car and there was nobody willing to help me. The manager said that he did not want to talk to me.
Had to pay to park the car on return at 8:45 pm on a Sunday Interior of car could have been cleaner on pickup
after hours drop off box that budget online reservation staff assured me did not exist, after telling me that I had to drive the car back to the airport since I could not drop off the car after hours (they were wrong)
Didn't directly interact with the staff there since they were closed but it's unacceptable that budget doesn't even know which locations have after hours dropoff capability.
They pressured us to pay more for a car than what was reserved and what the on line price was
Never received a receipt after returning the vehicle.
This was a very professional, very quick, very seamless experience, with a spotless car and the best price.
OK...my car broke down on the highway. I am telling you this as a COMPLIMENT to Dollar. It was a brand new vehicle so not their fault at all...but...they were a huge help. When I called for help from them they were there and did all they could. I will be back for sure. However, not sure if I will ever buy a Hyundai...that's for a different review. lol
Everything went smoothly, pickup and return. Location was also handy.
Clearer cancellation fee and not charging for calling to inquire about the rental.
When I arrived to pickup my rental, the car had been given away to somebody else and they had no vehicles left for me. I had booked a week in advance specifically because it was a holiday weekend so there is no excuse for this. I missed a family gathering because of this problem.
They could have kept a car available for me as per my rental agreement.
