Cheap Car Rentals in Trenton-Mercer Airport

I had to cancel my original booking due to my own mistake, didn't look at the pick up location careful enough. they made great accommodation to my need on changing the pick up location.

I was given a quote of $194. When I got to the counter, I was told my charge would be $211. When I showed the agent the previous quote, she said "that was just an estimate". This is the real charge. WTF?

I was quoted a price and when I went to pick up they told me it would be $100 more for drop off at a different location from pick up, but that was already known via the reservation, so why would it not be in the original quote?!?

Very easy and efficient

The shuttle bus was a very bumpy ride. News shocks maybe? But everything else was excellent, including shuttle driver. 9.5 out of 10!

They need to learn how to talk to their customer

There was only 1 person managing all the pick up and drop offs at this location, so it took us 45 minutes past scheduled pick up time to get the car.

The vehicle we rented did not have operational windshield wipers and we did not find out until we were in a downpour on our trip. This was very inconvenient and disheartening and took time away from our travels. We also lost all of the air conditioning in our vehicle. We had to drive with open windows and we were very uncomfortable. We tried to exchange the rental and were told there were no other vehicles available. This forced us to change some of our plans and minimize our trip. The temperature guage in the truck was also fluctuating and we were afraid we would break down along our ride. The pickup and drop-off were seamless and both were helpful.

When picking up the rental we wanted to use a specific credit card, we had issues using that card, we were told we could use it when dropping off vehicle and we couldn't use credit card, when receiving rental no walk thru was done, when checking before our trip the vehicle had an odor and found out was dog urine in the rear of the vehicle. Only received $100 discount for the inconvenience over the phone. The front desk was rude and did we did not receive the customer service that we deserve while explaining the situation.

Thank you for having a van, for being open later than other rental car places, for being open later on Sunday, for being efficient with check in. We are so appreciative that we were able to drive safely home when our flight out of Philly was cancelled.
