I had 2 interactions with the staff as you always will. During pick up they helped me out to get a car within my range that was a better suit for my needs. During drop off they showed me the simple breakout of pricing on everything and even helped me get a better gas deal because I forgot to fill up the last quarter of the tank. I was very grateful for that. It was $10 saved but it meant a lot to me that they were willing to help me out.

Professional and friendly staff. Easy in/out at PSC Airport, even when we returned the car before the desk opened. Clean car and everything worked as expected. Prices are high everywhere right now, but what’s the alternative when you need a car?

Staff was very friendly and helpful, both on pick up and drop off. Easy access, no waiting - MUCH better than other airports. Thankful Enterprise had the vehicle we requested. . . understanding that is not always the case.

We had a nightmare air travel experience. Cancellations stranded us far from home, and the airline wasn't able to rebook us for over a week. Budget rental car was our savior -- we were able to get in touch with their customer service reps in a timely fashion, and we were able to extend our rental and drop off at a different location without any trouble. This allowed us to drive home safely when the airlines were unable to get us home.

The car didn't have a start button; instead, it had a fob with a hidden key. The manual described only a model with a start button, with no reference to a key start. So after searching everywhere in the car and the manual and finding nothing to help, I finally went back to the desk. They showed me how to release the hidden key in the key fob. My recommendation is to show everyone who rents a car that there may not be a start/stop button, and how to release the hidden key.
