Good car ( Golf ) , good price, relatively long pick up time and horror story with car return. It's different location than other 10 or so rental companies and completely unmarked. I was driving around airport several times asking several people ( no luck ) ... If you use Budget at Prague make sure you make some research/ take notes before returning your car.

Associated by counter at check in was very helpful and did all in his power to satisfied us.

Still did not receive email that we return a car and no paper document that successfully returned the car.

There was no line in the rental office, the staff person was friendly, and the drop-off was super easy and very pleasant. The car was not cleaned properly, but after our request, they had it cleaned. The car itself, however, was excellent (Skoda Octavia).

They should prepare the cars for rentals with more care.

My flight was delayed so they gave my car away. However, instead of trying to be helpful, the lady told me that I need to go to another kiosk and rent a car elsewhere. Very rude and unprofessional.

They did not have record whatsoever of my reservation. I was not able to rent and ended up paying a lot more with another agency.

Reserved a car, called them to make sure they stay open late since our flight was landing after their business hours, they assured me they will (2 months before the flight). Then our flight got delayed, so I kept calling them all evening to let them know but no one answered the phone. When we finally got to the airport to pick up the car, the whole place was deserted. No car, no message, no place to go, three small kids in tow. Everyone should stay away from this place!!!!!!!

The customer service was friendly but I had to wait a long time to be seen at the desk. In the morning there was no signage saying ace so I had to ask around ( later in the day the signage was up)
