Didn’t end up renting. Had to cancel but online service was nearly non-existent and so was telephone help when I had to cancel early in the morning. Cancelled but got no confirmation to my email. Terrible online system.

The final cost at the counter was around $120 more versus the price on your web site. The reason according to Ace personnal was that your system don't include all the taxes. I didn't get an invoice at the counter neither at my email has supposed to verify price and taxes The car was damaged and no copy of the damages report was available for the customer. I had to take a picture of report to protect me of being charged for damages done prior to taking the car.

Never even got the car. They called me up on the morning of the reservation to ask "if I still wanted the car". I couldn't answer because I was on a flight. I called them back and they said they gave the car away to someone else and they canceled my reservation. In addition, they couldn't provide me with an alternative or another car. Absolute joke.

They cancelled my reservation two weeks beforehand and left me stranded.
