We received a call telling us that the car we asked for was unavailable. Get very confused explanations and options trying to get us to pay more. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the manager explained better and gave us a good solution for the same price we paid.

I showed up shortly before the time I had booked, and the staff informed me there was a glitch in their system, and they had no car available for me. They were very courteous and apparently had called earlier in the day to inform me, but I had been away from the phone. I blame technology, not them, but long story short, I was unable to rent a car from this location.

Even though we showed up early, they did all that they could to accommodate us, despite having a limited number of cars available. Employees were very friendly. The car was very modern and nice.

There was a problem with our reservation. We booked 1 car from Vancouver to Whistler, and then another car 4 days later from Whistler to Vancouver. It however registered as 2 cars from Vancouver to Whistler, so we had to clear that up when picking up the first car. We booked a small car, but got a van. We however understand that the movement of Avis cars across the country don't always allow for the wanted type of car to be at the wanted location on the desired date. A van still worked out ok.

Jackie the staff called me saying that the SUV I wanted wasn't available and he upgraded me to a Mercedes. Turns out the Mercedes was good for winter driving too. We went to Leavenworth but the highway was groomed so it was good. The pickup process was fast and the drop off was fast too. Jackie was really friendly and helpful.

Car that we were given was good on gas.

The staff truly needs a crash course on customer service. There were 3 people ahead of us getting car rentals and every single one had some kind of issue with the staff. There was no management on duty. One particular employee raised his voice when he got in a disagreement with a customer. Overall, this place is just not worth the couple bucks you save by renting from here.

I’d like to share my experience here to help save other renters some potential hassles. At the time of pick up, a staff member did a walk around with me to look for damages on the car. Instead of marking any damages down on a paper form, she took pictures and video of the car. Which I was somewhat impressed with how they were so thoroughl. However, the problem occurred during the drop off. They again took pictures of the car and noticed some scratches on the dumper. I mentioned to them that those were already on the car At pick up. They said they would need to compare to the old pictures, moments later, they came back and said those pictures didn’t get uploaded. Fortunately, the lady that took the initial pictures was there, and she verified my claims. Next time, I would for sure take my own pictures as backup.

Everything was good! I've reserved a truck F-150 or similar and got a F-250 Super Duty - that was a great experience to me. Also, their employee Nic (or Nicky) was super nice. I do recomment!
