Cheap Car Rentals in Sunset, Vancouver

They didn’t have my vehicle.

They did not have any cars available when I went to pick it up. They tried extremely hard for hours, contacting every other Enterprise in town to try to find me a car, but the supply was so tight that they were not able to get me one. I was able to reschedule and the staff did try extreme hard to help me, but there was a major error which left me without a car when I needed it.

They were friendly and helpful. They even paid for my Uber back to my rental accommodations. The car was clean and it was a free upgrade from what I rented. I was very happy with this rental.

I didn’t pick up the car. The website said it was unlimited but the manager said no. Further we are not allowed to cross border, which again not on websit. The inaccuracies caused visiting 4 car rental companies. Most of them were closed on that day except the one in airport, which has a higher rate. We made our trip but getting out late and getting back late driving in the dark. And pay more for the car rental.

Your business had no heat we walked in the doors were wide open. Your staff wouldn’t rent a car to me and my husband because I wanted to use MY credit card he didn’t have one to charge $1500 on. I’ve rented cars and never had these issues. Also we had to call home to ask my daughter to get a copy of his insurance also never had to do this with any other company. I feel deceived to be honest. I’d like a refund. Also we paid for Uber to get there from our hotel and wanted the car as our flight was delayed by 10 hours and needed to get around that’s why we wanted to rent a car. Your sending me a satisfaction email. Well I’m very unhappy with the business. I’m a business owner as well and I’d be upset if my customers were unhappy and I’d fix these issues or refund. Thank you.

It wasn’t made clear that the airport location was not actually at the airport and I paid for a rental car I couldn’t use. I want a refund.
