Cheap Car Rentals in West Point Grey, Vancouver

Legitimately the worst customer experience I've ever had. Turns out it was the manager of the branch. I'm truly shocked with how she behaved toward me. I'm really not a confrontational person, and was not doing anything to illicit her response.

The entire experience was quick and painless. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I will absolutely rent from Hertz Granville again!

There was some miscommunication between KAYAK and Enterprise. I wanted a car for 40 days in Vancouver, and KAYAK agreed. They were not aware that in Canada, rentals are limited to 30 days- otherwise it's called a LEASE. Second, when I arrived at Enterprise, they did not agree with the rate I got from KAYAK, so it was a bit disconcerting. But after I asked KAYAK to call local Enterprise office, all was straightened out, and they agreed to negotaited price.

Toyota Corolla is a really nice car to drive, it has added safety when it comes with radar to check blind spots on sides mirrors and slip lines (crossing lanes) warning. I like this feature so much! The car was so dirty when picking up, The Hertz franchise "Dollar", their staff at SW Marine drive did not well prepared the car to the next customer.

Booked through third party site for more expensive price than previous summer but pickup and after hours drop off were easy. Car was in good condition, very comfortable. Served our family well for our last six weeks in Vancouver.

I accidentally selected the wrong dates and I cannot even reschedule. So my whole money was wasted. And I was not around to even use it. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend. Would go for a more flexible option. If this is what you get for just booking, I don't even want to know what the service is like. Went with a cheaper and flexible option

The car itself was actually really good. The reason I rated my experience so low was solely based on the guy working the counter when I picked it up. Not only was he nowhere to be seen for a good 20 minutes (likely more as the people before me had already been waiting a while when I got there), but he was condescending and snarky anytime I had a question. I was asking him about things I needed to know when it comes to the insurance, what it covers and how it works with the laws in Canada. I also asked him if there were things I should.know while driving up there. This was my first time ever in Canada. He acted like it was such a waste of time for him to have to answer these questions. The lady who worked at the hotel where the rental kiosk was in for when I dropped off the car; she was very nice and helpful! I don't think she worked foe the car company, just had a deal with them to help with the car rentals.
