Car rental company was great and very helpful. KAYAK reservation was horrible!!! They reserved the wrong class of car for a false lower price!!! I will never use KAYAK again.

Be aware of KAYAK making wrong reservations to get your business. Never had this issue with competing websites. DO NOT USE THEM.

My trip BÚT NOT THE BILL

Kayak offered very attractive prices for 196 days. But after the taxes and is rance the bill went to 546. I am used to rent car and pay in Vienna an average of 300. NOT 546.Definitively KAAYAK böig was a trick. NEVER AGAIN

I have been in a car accident (one which I am not responsible for) an NO ONE answered when I called Alamo. This is why I did not call the police to get a police report, and it was too late when I realized I should have. Alamo is a very bad company and I would not rent a car with them again.

Odin helped us!

Supplying the car, which was promised! Not to wait for at least 1 hour at the que for picking up! A guy should deliver to us! He just gave the key and say OK! The price for renting and the extras (insurance) was invoiced higher than it was mentioned on the Rental Agreement form and reservation form.

affordable automatic car

The service was terrible. we could not find a number to call when we landed in vienna, but after searching the website the # that was listed was offline. We Ubered it to the location (20 min drive from the airport), and when we got there and asked the staff how we were supposed to contact them, they said by phone. When said we had tried, he just shrugged. The staff who was there when we dropped off the car was a lot nicer, but the overall experience with Greenmotion was not great. I would probably not rent with them again.
