They did not inform me that my car was electric. They told me to leave my keys in a box when I returned it and then proceeded to charge me an extra day.

The van smelled like cigarette smoke when I first opened the door. Staff immediately sprayed the car and discounted gas requirements to compensate. Van ran great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Fast, efficient and kind service. The location on Virginia Beach Blvd in Virginia Beach is the best I’ve used so far.

I had to cancel. I needed to rent a car so I could get my daughter to a safe place. It would have been the most economical way. But unfortunately you cannot rent a car without showing your credit card in person. Who knew. I can buy plane, train and bus tickets but I cannot rent a car. So I had to cancel.

It’s great location

I have found my forever spot for my car rental needs. The location was great. There was free parking at the hotel. Every Budget/Avis staff I encountered was warm, friendly, encouraging & helpful. The best rental experience I’ve ever had.

Reserved. Full sized SUV. Hertz sold vehicle. But. Didn't bother to have. Same sized replacement vehicle to be reserved.Got to airport. They tried to rent a full size passenger car. We rented full size SUV from Avis with cheaper price .

They didn’t actually have a car ready for me. Luckily another company did.

Terrible handling of one way drop-off. Misleading booking led to much higher charge for drop off at intended destination at the airport.

The pickup was easy and I thought I was renting a petrol vehicle. When I went to the garage to pickup the auto the attendant told me to choose any vehicle in a certain section. I didn't realize the one I chose was completely electric. The auto, a Chevy Bolt, was great but it was difficult to figure out how and where to charge the vehicle. I am sure this is due to America just introducing EV's. When I returned the vehicle the woman who took was very nice and helpful and said that I would receive an email and final receipt. After 4 days I have not. I rented through an online company called QEEQ. I have not been able to contact the company and I am still waiting for the receipt. Thrifty salespeople are wonderful but I will think twice about renting through QEEQ again.

It's was an exceptionally busy weekend for travelers, yet the staff was well organized, prepared, and communicated to each other well. It was late, and the Thrifty desk transferred to work with the Hertz desk. The concierge taking me to the vehicle apologized for it taking so long to get to my vehicle, but instead I was surprised how quickly they got me there considering how busy it was.

I need my receipt for a expense report due two days ago. Where is my receipt?!?

It was difficult to find in the airport, I was lied to about the deposit and given the run around when it was time for my refund. I wouldnt suggest going there and if you do make sure you have about $300 extra dollars more than the cost of your rental even though I was told it was $200 for the deposit. Good luck!

The van itself was fine and pretty clean. Drop off was easy. The scheduled pick up at 9am on a Sunday took more than an hour and a half to have the vehicle, which then threw off my departure time. There was not a long line or wait. Just not enough staff and no progress made as to getting my rental.

Great car

Car smell cigarettes, blinker doesn’t work, tires were almost flat, heated seats didn’t work. For $230 for one day rental the company should call DOLLARSSSS…. Cuz you don’t get what you pay for.

You ran out of cars even though I had a reservation. Car had body damage. Waited long in line then to be told you ran out of cars Not enough employees at the counter of customer service. A lot of add on changes My phone almost got stolen by one of your employees when I returned the car Overall terrible service
